This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Jessica Maloney trading as Fabulously Female is responsible for the information described here.
What is collected
- Information you give directly — your name, email address, and anything you write when you submit the contact or speaking enquiry form, or subscribe to the newsletter.
- Booking information — if you schedule a discovery call, the scheduling provider collects the details needed to book it.
- Basic analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly statistics about which pages are visited. These do not identify you personally.
How it is used
- To reply to your message or enquiry
- To send the guide you requested, and newsletter emails if you subscribed
- To schedule and deliver coaching sessions and speaking engagements
- To understand which content is useful so the site can be improved
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.
Service providers
This site relies on third-party services to function — website hosting, email marketing, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and form delivery. Each processes only what it needs to provide its part of the service and is bound by its own privacy policy.
Health information
Please do not send detailed health information through the website forms. Anything you share during coaching is treated as confidential and is kept only as long as needed to support your work together.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing info@fabulously-female.com.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to function, plus cookie-light analytics. Embedded third-party tools — such as the scheduling widget or payment checkout — may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them. Speaking engagements with school-age athletes are arranged through the school, team, or a parent or guardian.
